Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Administrative & operational support

•

Maintain marketing trackers, shared folders, and documentation

•

Support agency coordination and asset routing across business units

•

Support invoice processing, budget/expense tracking, and vendor coordination

•

Help validate monthly performance summaries

•

Assist with processes, coordination, and SOP adherence.

Asset & content management

•

Organize and maintain the asset library (campaign visuals, product photography, content, videos)

•

Coordinate asset requests from internal teams, distributors, and retail partners

•

Maintain and update sell-in decks, one-pagers, line sheets, and product descriptions

•

Coordinate asset packs for retailers, distributors, and LATAM partners

Retail & market support

•

Process retail requests, seasonal updates, and listing reviews

•

Coordinate samples, displays, and retail activation materials to our retail locations

•

Assist with market launch preparation and documentations

E-commerce & digital support

•

Assist with email marketing scheduling, list segmentation, and campaign prep

•

Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and images across Shopify and marketplace storefronts

•

Flag listing issues, broken images, and pricing inconsistencies before they reach customer service

•

Coordinate seasonal updates, campaigns, and promotional activations

•

Assist with scheduling and prepping monthly social content across channels and reviewing asset adherence to brand quality and standards.

Influencer & PR coordination

•

Support monthly influencer seeding programs, including list management and shipments.

•

Track influencer posts, mentions, and engagement metrics.

•

Maintain communication logs and relationship tracking.

•

Connect and build relationships with influencers and support coordination.

Trade show & event support

•

Support trade-show logistics end-to-end: booth materials, sample inventory, packing lists, freight tracking, and post-event follow-ups

•

Provide on-site support and execution, as needed

Commercial & sales support

•

Assist with depletion tracking and basic KPI reporting

•

Maintain and update sales tools to ensure accuracy and usability

•

Support client requests and provide updated sell-in materials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

•

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, e-commerce ops, brand support, or distributor/wholesale marketing

•

Bilingual English/Spanish (working proficiency).

•

Proficient in Shopify, Canva, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

•

Sharp organizational instincts

•

Strong written communication across short-form copy: listing descriptions, retailer emails, creator DMs, asset request forms

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL
