Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service, managing product displays, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a passion for retail sales, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays by stocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication through in-person interactions
  • Must be reliable to work shifts assigned

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for retail transactions
  • Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
  • Demonstrated upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
  • Work hours: Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 8:30pm.
  • Saturday 11am to 7pm
