Join Our Team as a Health Care Assistant!

We are seeking a teachable individual we can train to join our team as they assist in relieving patients suffering from jaw injuries (TMJ). We are unlike any dental office you may have previously experienced! There are no numb lips or blood involved. No previous dental training is necessary; although, previous dental experience could be helpful to both you and our
patients.
We will train a capable person in the skills necessary to meet individual patients' needs. You will have the opportunity to learn as you provide direct patient care assisting patients in getting their lives back.
You will personally have the opportunity to work as a team member or work alone to provide care and feel a personal part in greatly improving the lives of patients long suffering from jaw injuries or being unable to sleep due to their apnea.

Position task description:
- Taking directions and reporting back.
- Listening and assessing patient needs.
- Working with a computer.
- Maintaining a clean environment.
-Greeting and seating patients
-Listening to the patient’s progress or any reported complications of treatment.
-Recording patient progress in the computerized patient record.
-Keep inventory and order needed consumable dental products
-Taking a CT X-ray scan of the patient’s face
-Select x-ray images and print images
-Assisting the doctor at chairside
-Clean and disinfect the work area
-Pouring and trimming dental plaster models
-Write and mail or email Thank Your cards.
