Job Description

  • Support the Chief Executive Officer by managing strategic priorities, communications, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.
  • Serve as a member of company leadership team and act as an extension of the CEO in internal and external meetings to ensure alignment, follow-through, and execution of company priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional special projects requiring executive-level oversight, including international market expansion, category expansion initiatives, and new product development efforts.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis related to new markets, product opportunities, business performance, and operational initiatives to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop strategic plans, timelines, and execution frameworks for company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, executive leadership meetings, investor updates, and strategic reviews.
  • Maintain operating rhythms for executive and leadership meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up to ensure decisions are executed.
  • Manage CEO communications and information flow by filtering, prioritizing, and escalating matters based on strategic importance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and other functional teams to support execution of company initiatives and growth objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps across strategic initiatives and drive resolution in partnership with leadership.
  • Improve internal processes and systems that support organizational effectiveness, scalability, and executive decision-making.
  • Support fundraising and capital-raising activities by preparing investor materials, coordinating diligence processes, analyzing financial and operational data, and supporting communications with current and prospective investors in partnership with the CEO and Finance team.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of scaling growth organizations, including hiring and managing cross-functional teams, to drive revenue growth from early stage.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and monetization in a high-growth consumer or technology-enabled business.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools used to evaluate multi-channel performance and support executive-level decision-making.
  • Knowledge of managing agency and contractor relationships across creative, media, and PR.
  • Knowledge of using Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Mode to visualize and analyze multi-channel performance.
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, and Shopify for querying data and customizing front-end experiences.
  • Knowledge of collaborating on performance-focused creative using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Benefits

  • Salary (Annual): $239,200.00 - $250,000.00
  • Work Location: 345 Hudson St Floor 15, New York, NY 10014. In-person; 5 days per week in-office.
