Clearance: Secret

Office Location: Ft Belvoir

Travel: up to: 5%

  • Editing, reviewing and formatting taskers for final signatures, taskers pushed to front office for final signatures, will continue to track
  • Tracking actions in TMT
  • Scheduling meetings, taking notes, and other request from government, follow up with executive support to ensure any open items have been closed.
  • Asist with staffing of hiring action packets to Cyber front office and HR. Review and prepare forms to assist with close out. Follow up and provide written guidance for CIO/G-6 to assist with time spent staffing.
  • Daily meetings with Pentagon tasker backup POC to ensure sync.
  • Create weekly tasker report, host weekly tasker meeting to ensure all actions are on track, back brief division director with status weekly
  • Creating and compiling division input for weekly staff call slides for recurring weekly division meeting, also providing assistance with DCIO below the line report
  • Provided DPMAP training tracking, created excel spreadsheet to track dates, will continue to follow up and report to government monthly
  • Started instructions for SIPR tasker follow up will continue to work on document with instructions
  • Train 1 Gov Civs on TMT Beginner training, Government can be backup and successful processing using new TMT tool. Started SACO SOP binder for CIO/ G-6, Continuity for SACO program, finalized SOP with instructions for TMT.
  • Creating and compiling division input for weekly staff call slides for recurring weekly division meeting.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Secret Clearance.
  • Must have DoD experience.
