Job Description
Purpose: The Customization Specialist Temp is responsible for supporting the Customization team as they provide exceptional customer experience by adding meaningful personalization to Speech Generating Devices (SGDs) in a timely and accurate manner. This position is responsible for ordering trial loaner devices, initiating transfer requests, and expediting visibility of device update requests by monitoring the team's Inbox.
Responsibilities:
  • Submits shipping requests to order loaner devices
  • Assigns template requests
  • Monitors team Inbox and creates device update requests
  • Runs playbook for Transfer Progress
  • Uses HubSpot CRM to track and complete assigned tasks and document all relevant information
  • Prioritizes responsibilities and proactively follows up on tasks
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in task completion

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred

Additional Information
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The incumbent works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
Hours
Part time, 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day.
Travel
Not required for a temporary role.
