Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Linen Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Stay on 30A Vacations & Concierge in Inlet Beach, FL. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing linen orders to ensure each vacation home is fully stocked and guest-ready. You'll work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep our operations running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in staying organized, enjoys active, physical work, and understands that attention to detail plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare linen orders for vacation rental properties with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure each order contains the correct linens, towels, and requested inventory items.

  • Inspect all linens for cleanliness, stains, damage, or excessive wear before distribution.

  • Fold, organize, and stock clean linens in designated warehouse locations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and notify leadership of low stock or supply needs.

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming linen deliveries.

  • Keep the linen warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.

  • Communicate any shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.

  • Load and unload vehicles with linen orders when needed.

  • Ensure linen carts and orders are prepared on schedule to support housekeeping operations.

  • Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and transporting linens.

  • Help maintain an efficient workflow to ensure homes are guest-ready on time.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

  • Basic communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
