Job description


We are searching for a Supply Chain Management Associate -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will ensure the proper stocking and delivery of all, including but, not limited to supplies, linen, equipment, and products throughout the Hospital.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs supply and linen logistic duties when assigned. Maintains accurate PAR levels in the supply rooms, which may also include maintaining linen carts, including pillows. Counts and restocks to PAR level. Ensures patient-charge labels are created for appropriate products
• Performs customer service role. Answers the phone within 3 rings and responds to pages within 10 minutes. Responds to all customer requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Receives, processes, and delivers DME, products, and medical supplies to the departments within established guidelines. Delivers products, packages, and ad-hoc supply requests and supplemental equipment requests to the designated delivery area in the requesting department
• Tracks DME accurately and timely. Assists Biomedical Engineering Department with the recovery of equipment needing service
• Successfully completes duties and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel and as per policy and procedure

• High School Diploma or GED
• Required 1-year materials handling/distribution or customer service with preferred materials handling/distribution in a medical setting
