We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager who will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations.
  • Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Must be proficient with CRM and DMS

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • F & I Experience, a plus
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
