Job description

Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Ability to learn/prep/install all required LINE-X core product and services.
  • Ability to install running boards, tonneau covers, LED lighting and other automotive after market accessories.
  • Daily communication between sales and management to review workload.
  • Ensure spray equipment, tools and personal protective equipment are maintained and ready for operation/use.
  • Ensure customers' cars are kept clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience systems or audio settings.
  • Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all shop owned tools at all times.
  • Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and time keeping standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report parts and supplies needed for smooth efficient installation.
  • Stay current with new techniques and product applications.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of work completed.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Team oriented, flexible, focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license. Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Reliable/trustworthy.
  • Accountable.
  • Positive attitude/high energy.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Automotive background recommended.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
