Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Help design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Set policies and processes

  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for ownership
