This job typically involves using specialized equipment and durable paints to create straight, visible, and long-lasting lines. Line striping is essential for organization and compliance with safety regulations in both public and private spaces. The work may also include repainting faded lines and adding directional arrows, crosswalks, or other symbols as needed.

What is a line striping job?

Line striping jobs involve painting lines on roadways, parking lots, and other facilities, such as airports that require markings on pavement or asphalt. As a line striper, you may use a truck with striping equipment or a walk-behind striping machine. This may depend on the size of the project. You work from a blueprint that has a preset layout, and you measure the lines and symbols to ensure accuracy. As a line striper, your duties also include using stencils to create traffic symbols. Job description

Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG), the nation's largest SealMaster/GemSeal franchisee, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help grow our Texas market. We manufacture and distribute pavement sealers, coatings, crack fillers, and application equipment used by contractors, municipalities, distributors, and property owners across the country. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who wants to be close to the work, the customers, and the growth of the territory.

Texas is a high-upside market for PMG, and this role will have a visible impact. You will manage and grow existing accounts, prospect for new business, build relationships with contractors and public works customers, support distributors, and become a trusted resource for pavement maintenance products and equipment. This is not a desk-only account management role. You will be in the field, visiting job sites, supporting product and equipment demonstrations, attending trade shows, following up on customer needs, and helping solve problems when they come up.

Customers may call with product questions, order needs, application issues, equipment concerns, or urgent jobsite problems. You do not need to know every product or machine on day one, but you do need to be coachable, curious, and willing to learn. The right person will be comfortable around seal coaters, crack sealers, line stripers, trailers, materials, crews, and the normal dirt, noise, heat, and pace that come with contractor-facing work.

Success in this role comes from humility, ownership, follow-through, and real customer credibility. You should be comfortable working independently in a territory while also partnering closely with local store and operations teams. You will quote business, track activity, support order entry and reporting, participate in bids or larger opportunities when needed, and stay involved until the customer is taken care of.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of outside sales, territory sales, contractor supply, industrial sales, equipment rental, construction materials, paving, coatings, concrete, or related field-based B2B experience. Familiarity with municipalities, government bids, DOT/ASTM/AASHTO specifications, trailering, or equipment operation is helpful but not required.

PMG offers competitive compensation, a company vehicle, cell phone, full benefits, and the chance to help build a growing Texas territory with a proven industry leader. If you are hungry, practical, coachable, and ready to earn trust with real customers, we would like to talk.

Conducting background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals is one of the essential duties for this position.Â
