Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in asphalt paving or a related construction field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in construction safety or asphalt paving techniques.
• Experience operating or assisting with paving machinery.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations related to road construction and materials handling.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:
