About This Opportunity:

Reporting to the Finance Lead, the Sr. Finance Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, and automation support to the Finance and Sales teams. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards, improving reporting processes, supporting AI-enabled initiatives, and analyzing sales and financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights for business partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistent with our leadership values, act as a champion for our culture by participating in the development and execution of a positive and productive environment focused on the needs of our people.
  • Lead automation opportunities across Finance and Sales reporting, including improving recurring reports, streamlining manual processes, and building repeatable workflows using advanced Excel and other available systems/tools.
  • Support AI-enabled projects by helping define business requirements, validate outputs, document assumptions and logic, and translate use cases into practical Finance and Sales reporting solutions.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility to sales, volume, pricing, trade spend, margin, customer/category performance, and other key business metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers; convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with FP&A, Sales, and other business teams to interpret financial and operational results, explain actuals vs. forecast/budget variances, and communicate key messages clearly to business partners.
  • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables with a high degree of accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Support selected financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis activities for assigned channels/business units.
  • Maintain data integrity across reports and dashboards by reconciling source data, validating system outputs, and ensuring consistent definitions and methodology.
  • Provide guidance and support to non-finance stakeholders on reporting outputs, financial interpretation, and issues of financial control.
  • Continuously improve reporting governance, documentation, and self-service tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort across Finance and Sales processes.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Business required
  • Accounting Designation is preferred or actively working towards CPA.
  • Must have excellent systems skills, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel skills; ability to build robust models, automate recurring processes, and work confidently with large data sets.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify complex reporting processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present financial and operational insights to non-financial functions.
  • SAP ERP experience is a strong asset.
  • Power BI/fabric, dashboard development, Power Query, analytics, automation, and/or AI project support experience is a strong asset.
