Inventory & Quality Control Packer – Future Opportunities
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day & Afternoon
Pay: $17.60 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience and facility)

We’re looking for Inventory and Quality Control Packers to join upcoming warehouse operations in Mississauga, Vaughan, and the surrounding GTA. These roles require a minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse setting, including tasks such as packing, inventory management, and quality control checks. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and physically able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Perform inventory control activities such as cycle counts, labeling, and reporting discrepancies
  • Lift, sort, and repackage products (up to 30 lbs) for shipping or storage
  • Pick and pack orders accurately using order sheets or handheld scanners
  • Move items with a picking cart and place them into designated bins or staging areas
  • Scan, label, and package items in line with shipping requirements and client instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift clean-up duties
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or leads
Requirements
