Pay Rate:  $18.52 / hour | Full-Time | Ypsilanti, MI

We have partnered with a large manufacturing company in the Ypsilanti, MI area to provide them with a Packing Line 2nd Operator.  Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Packing Line 2nd Operator:

#1. Must have strong mechanical and analytical skills.

#2. Must have good attendance and a reliable work history.

#3. Must have good working knowledge of lottery production and automated packing line operations.

#4. Must have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated packaging equipment, along with basic computer skills and the ability to perform preventive maintenance.

#5. Must have no more than three jobs in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities for the Packing Line 2nd Operator:

The Packing Line 2nd Operator is responsible for set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of the shrink wrap machine, insert equipment and scanning station camera systems. The Packing Line 2nd Operator works in conjunction with the Packing Line Operator to monitor the quality of product moving through the automated line and ensure that production targets are achieved.

Requirements for the Packing Line 2nd Operator:

  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications
  • Strong mechanical and analytical skills
