The Goat seeks to hire Line Cooks to join Goat Nation in Nashville, TN at LC Sobro!

Line Cook Responsibilities:

  • Prepares all food for patrons following standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs
  • Maintains sanitary workstation
  • Restocks kitchen as needed
  • Assist with food prep and inventory
  • Opens and closes kitchen following standard specifications set by management

Line Cook Qualifications:

  • Ability to align and embrace the company Core Values
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of responsible workplace health and safety policies and procedures
