Looking for experienced line cook to join our team, Experience is a must a least 4 years in a restaurant business. We are an Italian restaurant with a upscale menu. We need help at every food station, with room to grow. So the job entails preparing food for most stations, set up and break down food stations,. In charge of preparing and plating food dishes. Line cooks are assigned a specific place to cook or prep.
The cook will prepare according to the chefs special recipes. your principal goal will be to make high quality meals to meet the chefs expectation.
Responsibilities include Cooking food on your assigned station ,set up food stations . Stocking the food line .Keeping clean and sanitation of food station . Opening and closing the area by the heath guidelines of the state ,
