SUMMARY

Module 3: Group Exercising

Leads dynamic group fitness classes with a focus on HIIT,circuit training, boot camp, step aerobics, line dance aerobics, and Pilatespromoting cardiovascular health, coordination, and community connection.Designs high-energy workouts tailored to a range of fitness levels, deliveredboth in-person and virtually. Prioritizes safe and effective instruction byemphasizing proper technique, appropriate pacing, and ongoing participantmotivation.
Must hold current certifications in one of the following: ย 

Pilates

  • Balanced Body, NPCP STOTT, or BASI (Body Arts and Science International)

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

  • Provides instruction to students and community members.
  • Develops and presents the department with a curriculum that provides students with a full experience and is structured to accommodate all fitness levels.
  • Sets up in preparation for and cleans up after each class.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
