LINE DANCE INSTRUCTOR - PART TIME
 OLIVE-HARVEY COLLEGE 

Consider joining Olive-Harvey College as a Part-Time Line Dance Instructor. We seek an innovative and collaborative instructor who has passion and experience in Line dancing. When you join, you will have the opportunity to inspire, motivate, and empower adult learners to succeed. This position will also allow you the opportunity to share content knowledge with an eager group of students committed to learning and enjoying this form of dance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Explains and demonstrates proper line dance techniques, as well as modifications for different level participants. 

 Prepares appropriate warm-up, stretching, and cool down techniques. 

 Prepares lesson plans for students to correlate with students' level of ability. 

Implements, choreographs and teaches dance routines. 

 Communicates with students in regards to schedule, progress and performance. 

Prepares a fun and organized environment for student learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:

 High school diploma or equivalent 

 Valid CPR card preferred 

Professional dance experience/Class experience preferred 

One-year teaching and/or training experience in appropriate discipline preferred
Salary: $45.00/hour
