Job Summary

Our kitchens are the backbone of our food and beverage operations. If your goal is to become a chef, this is a great place to start. As a Line Cook your primary focus will be working under chef and restaurant management team on food preparation, and operational execution.

Daily Duties

  • Cook and prepare a variety of foods, quantities, styles, according to the menu and demand of the business
  • Use and or learn proper knife skills, cooking techniques, cooking methods and terminology
  • Read, understand and follow standardized recipes when preparing all foods for all food venues and outlets
  • Clearly communicate with Back of House Supervisors
  • Maintain proper par and stock levels
  • Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work area all while following all tribal, city, state and federal health/food safety regulations and codes
  • Responsible for making sure that all areas of their assigned venue/outlet/kitchen are taken care of and all assigned duties are completed
  • Keep food/storage areas (refrigeration, freezer, dry storage) clean, organized, labeled and dated
  • Clean equipment, tools, floors, work stations and food prep areas
  • Responsible for being able to communicate well with co-workers while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes all tasks
  • Other duties as required
