Description
Position Summary: This role prepares food to the exact Chefs specifications. Line cook role consists in preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). The line cook assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
