Are you passionate about grilling great food and working in a fast-paced kitchen? Chuck’s Roadhouse is looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team in a high-volume restaurant environment. We serve bold flavors, big portions, and great value, and we need skilled cooks who thrive in a team-oriented setting and can keep up with the energy of our kitchen.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, portioning, and presentation — every plate should be picture-worthy
  • Follow recipes and station prep sheets with exact detail
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
  • Stick closely to food safety and sanitation standards — because the little things matter
  • Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of the team, especially during rushes
