Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role on a conveyor-based production line or at a stabilized workstation. Your responsibilities include assembling and installing parts using hand tools or equipment, and performing crating and packaging of materials, parts, and finished products. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate on a production line or work at a stationary station to assemble, install, or package products.

  • Use hand tools and equipment to perform assembly and installation tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Assist in crating and packaging finished goods for shipment.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to stand for entire shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
