Production Line Associate

Position Summary

Seeking dependable, motivated Production Line Associates to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role involves repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment and requires strong attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities


Operate production lines safely and efficiently.

Assemble boxes, package, label, and tape finished products.

Perform quality inspections and remove defective products.

Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow supervisor and line leader instructions.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Attend required safety, quality, and production training.

Work overtime and weekends as needed.


Qualifications


High school diploma/GED preferred.

Manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required.

Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.


Physical Requirements


Stand for up to 8-hour shifts.

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
