- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in FBO or aviation line operations
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a high-service environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
Working conditions and physical demands for this role -
- Routine exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation
- Exposure to fumes, noise, moving mechanical parts, and vibration
- Work environment is typically loud and physically demanding
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to handle equipment
- Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, or crawl
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Modern Aviation's Pay Range -
$55,000 - $65,000/yr. bonus + benefits.
The Modern Aviation pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
