LINE SERVER

SUMMARY


We're looking for a Line Server to provide awesome service to our fabulous customers. Since you'll be one of the first faces our customers see, you'll greet them with a warm smile, make them feel welcome, and listen closely as you collect their order details. You'll make sure the serving line is good-to-go and restock items when you're running low. By promptly attending to our customers -and- providing a quality presentation of our menu items, you'll play a key role in creating a great dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Greet and acknowledge customers enthusiastically
  • Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions
  • Prepare, plate, and/or package food orders
  • Ensure serving line is properly stocked throughout the day
  • Monitor temperature of hot and cold items on serving line
  • Ensure all areas of serving line are neat and clean
  • Follow health and safety protocols
  • May be required to assist in other areas as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS


  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with restaurant/food products (can be trained on the job)
  • Ability to operate relevant electronic equipment (can be trained on the job)
  • High school diploma or GED preferable
