Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with LIMS implementation experience to join a team to implement a Starlims LPH product used for testing Environmental and Clinical samples.ย

Senior LIMS Business Analyst

This role will join a team of analysts who work on multiple LIMS and web portals. We are currently implementing a replacement Starlims LIMS(LPH version) for our environmental and clinical users. The candidate will be involved in application discovery/training, requirements gathering, and QA testing. The candidate should have laboratory testing experience and/or experience with LIMS implementation.

Candidate must have experience with the following

ยทExperience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systems

ยทFamiliarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methods

ยทAssisting in STARLIMS configuration validation,test case development, and quality assurance activities

ยทCreating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs

ยทEliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshops

ยทAnalyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation

ยทEngaging stakeholders to understand their needs,provide updates, and manage expectations

ยทAnalyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes

ยทDeveloping and executing test plans, test cases, and user stories

ยทDemonstrated analytical problem solving skills
