Job description

Limitless Electric LLC – Windsor, CT

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ Performance Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Structure: Hybrid / Field + Office Leadership

Limitless Electric is not looking for a manager.

We are looking for a builder.

We are a rapidly growing residential electrical company based in Connecticut focused on high-quality service, panel upgrades, permanent exterior lighting, EV charging, and residential electrical solutions. Built from the ground up, our company has grown through reputation, customer relationships, and high standards — not by being the cheapest contractor.

We are currently operating at approximately $500k annually with a clear target to scale to $5M+ within the next 3 years.

We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer to take full ownership of operations, systems, growth execution, recruiting, process implementation, team management, and company scaling.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build something meaningful and take ownership of a real growth opportunity.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Running day-to-day company operations
  • Managing office and field staff
  • Recruiting electricians, apprentices, office staff, and future leadership
  • Building scalable systems and SOPs
  • Improving scheduling, dispatching, and operational efficiency
  • Overseeing customer communication and follow-up systems
  • Driving revenue growth and operational accountability
  • Improving lead conversion and sales processes
  • Managing estimating workflow and job profitability
  • Creating KPI tracking and reporting systems
  • Vendor management and purchasing oversight
  • Budget accountability and operational decision-making
  • Solving problems quickly without constant oversight
  • Helping scale the company from a small operation into a dominant regional brand

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days:

  • Improved operational organization and accountability
  • Stronger lead follow-up systems
  • Improved scheduling and estimating processes
  • Recruitment systems actively producing candidates
  • Increased operational consistency
  • Revenue growth trajectory toward scaling monthly sales from approximately $40k/month to $120k/month

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a fit if you:

  • Have experience in home service operations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
  • Have helped scale a service-based business before OR have the capability and drive to do it now
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
  • Are process-driven but highly adaptable
  • Naturally take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • Can lead people while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Understand both field operations and business systems
  • Are comfortable making decisions and being held accountable for results

What Will NOT Work Here

  • People who need constant direction
  • Excuse-makers
  • Low-urgency personalities
  • Individuals uncomfortable with growth, change, or accountability
  • Managers who only know corporate environments but cannot execute in real operations
  • People who prioritize “cheap” over quality and customer relationships

Why Limitless Electric

We are building a long-term company with strong values, real growth potential, and a customer-first reputation.

Our focus is not transactional sales.
We believe relationships, communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship create long-term success.

This is an opportunity to help build a company at an early stage and have a direct impact on its future growth.

To apply, send your resume and include:

  1. A summary of businesses or teams you’ve helped grow
  2. Your biggest operational win
  3. Why you believe you’re capable of helping scale a company to $5M+

Company Description

Limitless Electric LLC is a rapidly growing residential electrical contractor based in Windsor, Connecticut, specializing in panel upgrades, permanent exterior lighting, EV charger installations, service upgrades, and high-quality residential electrical solutions.
Founded from the ground up through hard work, customer relationships, and reputation, Limitless Electric has built a strong local presence by focusing on professionalism, communication, and long-term customer trust rather than competing to be the cheapest contractor.
We are currently a fast-moving, high-growth company with ambitious goals to scale from a founder-led operation into one of Connecticut’s premier residential electrical service brands.
