We Are Hiring

Location: Kokomo, IN

Facility: St. Vincent Kokomo Hospital

Department/Specialty:  General Radiology

Schedule: PRN | Day | Evening | Night

What You Will Do
  • Prepared examination rooms and assisted supervising technologists and physicians during various diagnostic imaging procedures to optimize clinical workflow.

  • Transported and safely transferred patients between wheelchairs, stretchers, and radiographic tables utilizing proper body mechanics to ensure patient safety.

  • Prepared contrast media and medications precisely as directed by supervising technologists, strictly adhering to safety and dosing protocols.

  • Provided compassionate comfort care and guidance to patients throughout the imaging process, effectively minimizing anxiety and improving the patient experience.

  • Executed accurate paper and digital workflow documentation while maintaining rigorous cleanliness, safety, and organization across all procedure and dressing rooms.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
Additional Preferences

Graduate or current student of an accredited radiography program preferred
