What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage lightning protection installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and trades to keep projects running smoothly
• Own project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractor performance
• Be hands-on in the field - ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way
• Review drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation with confidence
• Drive project success by identifying risks early and solving problems proactively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Champion a safety-first culture - you have full authority to stop work if something isn’t right

What You Bring
• 3+ years of construction project management experience (electrical or lightning protection preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 780, UL 96A, grounding, and bonding practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• LPI or UL certifications are a plus
