With a century in the signage business, YESCO looks toward another century of growth, with The Upstate as another key market for servicing the sign and lighting industry in the southeastern region. At YESCO Greenville, the Inside Sales Associate will be instrumental to that growth by building a client base through tele-sales, prospecting, and cold calling.

The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and self-motivated. They have an engaging level of enthusiasm and are a proficient communicator.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate who will proudly put the YESCO stamp on a variety of businesses across The Upstate.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Associate will:

  • Cold-call leads to generate new customer accounts
  • Input and manage customer accounts within the sales management software
  • Emphasize product/services features and benefits, as well as, present quotes to customers
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals; increase revenue
  • Seek and develop new opportunities for revenue growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Ability to convert prospects and close deals, while maintaining sales quotas
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self motivator, with a strong work ethic

Compensation

  • $16hr
  • + Commission
  • (Average income=$50-70,000+)
