Job description

We are looking to add a Turndown Associate to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our resort's mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guests’ needs
  • Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  • Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning
  • bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
  • prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes, adjust room lighting,
  • etc.
  • Report room as clean to front desk
  • Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
