Hand Assembly Technician
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 8am-430pm Mon-Fri

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling lighting products by hand, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble lighting components and fixtures using hand tools and small parts
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and functionality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Package finished products according to company standards
  • Report any defects, issues, or material shortages to supervisors
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
