Lighted Counseling Core, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing counseling and therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintaining meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to document treatment progress.
  • Offering ongoing support and therapy for clients dealing with mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
  • Managing a diverse case load, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and encompass a range of ages and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • An active clinical license as a Social Worker in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical practice, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques or methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional experience in the following areas will set candidates apart:

  • Familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Experience working with hospice patients or in a palliative care setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems relevant to client documentation and treatment tracking.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
