Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Lighted Counseling Core, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for various client needs.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that address mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client populations.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Actively participating in staff meetings to collaborate with fellow team members and enhance the organization's culture.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Managing a personal caseload within a private practice framework, ensuring each client receives timely support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex diagnoses. Additionally, you will support clients facing substance use challenges, ensuring that they receive appropriate care and resources. Our clients often include various demographics, allowing for a rich and varied experience in social work practice.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• An active state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of social work or mental health care.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.
• A demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships and provide empathetic care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
