Now Hiring: Light Maintenance Tech / Porter Frisco, TX

Quantum Building Maintenance INC is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Light Maintenance Tech / Porter for an apartment community at The Monarch.


Location: 11700 Lebanon Rd, Frisco, TX 75035
Pay: $18$19 per hour
Full-Time 40 hours a week


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe properties, and works well independently and with a team.


Responsibilities Include:
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and property grounds
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
Assist with light maintenance tasks and work orders
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor repairs
Help prepare vacant units for new residents
Monitor property for safety or maintenance concerns
Assist maintenance team as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas


Qualifications:
Previous porter or maintenance experience preferred
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
