About the Role

This position blends business development, customer service, and property solutions. You’ll visit multifamily properties to identify and assist with urgent maintenance needs—helping ensure communities stay safe, functional, and looking their best.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to Property Managers, helping them quickly solve issues, prioritize repairs, and maintain the overall integrity of their properties.

What You’ll Do

  • Visit multifamily properties to identify light construction or urgent maintenance needs.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with Property Managers and on-site teams.
  • Provide recommendations that improve property safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and follow-through.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networkin.g
