Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for a dependable Assistant Property Manager who brings organization, follow through, and strong communication to daily operations. This role supports the Property Manager and leasing team to ensure leasing activity, resident services, and administrative functions run smoothly.

This is an on site position requiring daily presence at the property. You will assist with leasing performance, resident communication, and operational organization to help maintain strong occupancy and community standards.

What You Will Be Doing

You will assist with daily operations and support leasing performance at your assigned community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Property Manager with daily on site operations
• Assisting leasing staff with task completion and follow through
• Greeting prospects and conducting property tours
• Processing applications and preparing lease documentation
• Maintaining vacancy reports and leasing records
• Responding to resident requests and coordinating maintenance follow up
• Conducting property walks and reporting maintenance or appearance issues
• Supporting marketing efforts and competitive property shops
• Maintaining organized files and accurate records


Leasing and Resident Support

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and present community features
• Process applications and prepare lease and renewal documents
• Collect move in paperwork and required deposits
• Respond to resident concerns and submit maintenance requests
• Follow up on completed service requests
• Support resident retention and engagement efforts


Administrative Support

• Maintain resident files and leasing documentation
• Prepare leases, renewals, and notices
• Maintain vacancy and activity reports
• Distribute resident notices and communications
• Support daily office organization and workflow


Property and Maintenance Coordination

• Conduct routine property walks and report concerns
