A little about this position:
  • Provides safe and efficient operation of the lifts through correct maintenance and repair.
  • Ensures that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a good guest experience.

Requirements:
  • 10 + years of Lift Maintenance experience.
  • 5 years of supervisor experience.
  • Able to work within and manage operational and capital budgets as they apply to lift construction and maintenance.
  • Have a very good working relationship with the State Tramway Board and a strong understanding of ANSI B77 and ASMT codes that apply to our permanent and temporary amusement rides .
  • Have a strong understanding and working knowledge with OSHA, Company and Department safety practices, and work within these practices on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate the ability the work within Mammoth's mission, vision and values system. In addition, help grow, lead and drive our business forward using the Alterra Competency Model.
  • Be able to work with all outside departments in a positive, friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to change to the changing demands as required by the Company and/or the Department and show a strong desire to bring the Department to the next level of overall performance.
  • Must be able to generate, plan and approve work orders in MaintainX.
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $109,348.69 - $117,386.52 per year
