What you will do as aCaregiver

  • Care for your assignedresidents and assist with activities of daily living which may include helpingthem get up in the morning, toileting, bathing, getting dressed, eating, bed linen changes
  • Assist withmobility/transferring residents to prevent falls
  • Encourage residents toengage in scheduled activities, entertainment, exercise and dining
  • Provide companionshipthrough conversation and quality time
  • Responding to call lights toaddress falls and other potential emergencies
  • Performing and documentingduties as outlined in Individual Resident Care Plans
  • Monitor and promptlycommunicate changes in resident condition to relevant care team
