Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and establish tailored treatment plans that facilitate personal growth.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using diverse methodologies appropriate for each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to ensure their therapeutic journey aligns with their evolving needs.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients, accommodating those who have accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to uphold ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and training programs to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our team, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a rapport with diverse clients.
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings or private practice.
• Specialized training or certifications in therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or mindfulness.
• Previous engagement in interdisciplinary teams or collaborative treatment environments.

Compensation and Benefits

Lifetime Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and prior experience. Additionally, we provide:
