As a remote workplace, our settings are designed to give therapists the flexibility to work from their chosen locations while still maintaining a strong team connection. We utilize modern teletherapy tools and collaborative platforms that facilitate seamless communication and case management. Our therapists enjoy the privacy of working from home while being part of a compassionate, mission-driven team deeply committed to client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Lifetime Psychotherapy Center, our client base is diverse and includes individuals experiencing varying degrees of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions and develop coping strategies. Our therapists are encouraged to build genuine connections with their clients, supporting them on their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
  • Empathetic disposition combined with a non-judgmental attitude, vital for patient care.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation effectively.
Preferred Experience

While candidates with varied backgrounds are welcome, we highly value previous experience in outpatient psychotherapy, especially those who have worked within a community health setting. A demonstrated ability to work with a diverse client population and familiarity with telehealth platforms would be considered an asset.
