• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed based on their unique needs.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and mental wellness.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and consistently track their progress to adapt treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide virtual teletherapy services to clients facing barriers to traditional in-person therapy, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to accessibility.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical standards and fulfills regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of industry trends.

Our client base includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering an environment of trust and compassion.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field that supports the practice of therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a solid therapeutic rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude that promotes an understanding approach to diverse client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities that facilitate effective caseload management and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling methodologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in family therapy and a commitment to ongoing education in mental health advancements.
• Background in providing counseling services for addiction or recovery, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
