Job Title: Director – Delivery Leader (Life Sciences | AI-Driven)

We at Coforge are hiring a hands-on Delivery Leader to lead strategic Life Sciences engagements for key clients in the Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of delivery excellence, client partnership, AI-led innovation, and account growth.

Unlike a traditional delivery management position, this leader will be deeply involved in driving program execution, solving complex delivery challenges, engaging with client executives, and identifying opportunities to expand Coforge's footprint. The successful candidate will lead from the front, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery for strategic Life Sciences programs and portfolios.
  • Provide active leadership across program execution, governance, financial management, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with delivery teams to proactively address risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive accountability, predictability, and operational excellence across onsite and offshore teams.

Client Engagement & Trusted Advisor

  • Build strong relationships with business and technology leaders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, transformation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Understand client priorities and align delivery outcomes with business goals.

AI-Driven Transformation

  • Champion AI-first thinking across client engagements.
  • Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, and Digital Engineering solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and create measurable business value through AI.

Account Growth

  • Collaborate with account and sales teams to expand existing relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities across AI, Data, Digital, Engineering, Cloud, and Operations.
  • Support solutioning, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term client success.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale delivery engagements within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.
  • Strong experience managing executive client relationships and growing strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success delivering AI, Data, Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
  • Experience leading global onsite-offshore teams and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and problem-solving skills.
