Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Biothreats Technical Targeting Analyst.
Position: Biothreats Technical Targeting Analyst
LCAT: Mid
Location: Charlottesville, Va
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly
Education/experience requirements: 8+ years experience and bachelor's degree in a Biology, Biochemistry, or Life Science field.
Qualifications
  • Thoroughly understand the complex biological threat capabilities of adversaries.
  • Familiarity with biological technologies and capabilities, biological developments and adversarial threat capabilities.
  • Experience with strategic intelligence production and analytic methodologies.
  • Experience with open-source intelligence research, collection management, HUMINT, SIGINT, or MASINT targeting.
  • Experience with biological research topics, biothreat research, and analysis or research and analysis in life sciences.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and tradecraft.
  • Ability to comprehend complex biological research topics, create intelligence products, and brief findings to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop reports, analytic assessments, and briefing products to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Explore new data sources and build effective queries.
  • Develop target networks and combine information from disparate sources.
  • Provide key intelligence insights on biological threat capabilities.
Preferred qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with open-source intelligence or HUMINT targeting applied against life science topical areas.
  • Experience with data science or quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Current CI polygraph.
