Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage adjustments.
  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Life & Health license preferred. Willing to train. Licensed within 6 months of hire. Licensing assistance available.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
