We're actively seeking a talented Case Design Life Insurance Illustrations Specialist to join our New Business Case Design Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE

This role is hybrid and will be required to be in office once per week

As a Case Design Life Insurance Illustrations Specialist you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by providing best in class service, support, training to both internal and external customers through innovative solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service. This position will also require providing accurate product information, generation of new business life illustrations, sharing of ideas, and testing all software applications used by the department. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 8 people in the Consumer Markets Division.

Candidates will work a hybrid schedule, you will be required to be in office one day per week

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Provide Case Design and Illustration Software Support by answering phone calls and responding to email requests related to products, concepts, and software.

  • Provide consultative case design assistance by aligning the requestor's goals with the appropriate products, riders, and features.

  • Generate and send out accurate new business illustrations within the specified time frame after receiving the request.

  • Research and resolved a wide variety of requests/inquires that are related to products, concepts, and software.

  • Promote and support marketing campaign initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot and analyze software to determine validity of issue.

  • Provide end user testing of illustration software.

  • Provide case design training support.

The experience you bring:

  • Position requires FINRA Series 6, 63, SIE, and Life licenses within 180 days of Start Date.

  • Detail oriented, analytical, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Possess excellent customer service skills needed for contact with field representatives and internal personnel.

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced teamwork environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

What makes you stand out:

  • 1 - 2+ years of life insurance industry experience with running illustrations and knowledge in case design.

  • Knowledgeable in Pacific Life suite of products.

  • Knowledgeable in advanced concepts such as Executive Bonus, Premium Finance, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and Split Dollar.

  • Strong user of Pacific Life's illustration software.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
