As we celebrate 40 years in the financial industry, we continue to grow as a leading wholesale insurance marketing organization (IMO), building on a strong foundation of relationships and results. We're expanding our life insurance team and looking for driven professionals who want to grow with us!

Realistic Year 1 total pay (base + bonus): $75,000+

Top performer Year 1 total pay (base + bonus): $125,000+

Insurance license not required (we’ll support licensing if needed).

What we're looking for

  • Someone with experience in life insurance sales or working with a life insurance carrier, agency or IMO
  • Grow relationships and drive life insurance sales, uncovering and gathering case details, and coordinating illustrations
  • Coach independent agents and advisors on growing and scaling their business
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity (calls, follow-ups, scheduled agent check-ins)
  • Document activity and opportunities in the CRM to ensure clean handoffs and momentum

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

  • Confident in our financial products, product positioning, and marketing solutions
  • Managing a pipeline of active agent and advisor conversations and case opportunities
  • Consistently creating new indexed annuity opportunities

Ideal background (we’re targeting experienced insurance pros)

  • 1+ year in life insurance sales experience (carrier internal sales, agency, or another IMO strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships quickly
  • Organized follow-up habits and strong communication
  • Motivated by performance pay and growth

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, in-office (Omaha)
  • Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm
