Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and genuine care for every policyholder.
  • Communicate with policyholders via phone, text, and email, always ensuring top-notch service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and their families.
  • Complete administrative and agency tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments for policyholders and manage calendars.
  • Assist policyholders with all of their needs, consistently exceeding their expectations.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance Available.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but hiring for attitude.
  • Positive, empathetic attitude with a personable approach.
  • High moral standards and ethical values.
  • Coachable, driven, and motivated to grow within a high-performance team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in English required for client communication and written reporting.
